What happens if the workshop has to be postponed or cancelled?

If the workshop needs to be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances that are out of our control, e.g tutor being ill, a family emergency, the venue cannot be used. We will endeavour to find another date. If this is not suitable, we will offer a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to transfer to another course.

Please note that if we have to postpone or cancel the activity, gift vouchers can not be refunded but will still be valid to use towards a different workshop or towards purchasing an item/s. within 12 months of the date on the voucher.

Please note we cannot refund out-of-pocket costs which are incurred because of an unexpected postponement or cancellation. If you have any additional cost associated with attending, for example, if you are purchasing train tickets, etc, or booking a venue to stay in, we recommend that you consider purchasing out-of-pocket cancellation insurance

What happens if the workshop that I want to attend is full?

We are happy to add your details to a waiting list, and if someone can’t attend, we will contact you to offer you the option of participating. Also, if there is enough interest, we will arrange a second date.

Sometimes the same workshop is being offered at another venue.  If you wish to stay informed, it is a good idea to sign up for the newsletter mailing list.
