Refunds policy

REFUNDS–  Physical items (U.K. Mainland only)

Refunds are accepted for the following items:

  • Items that have not been posted

  • Items that have already been made, excluding craft kits

  • Items that are ordered but have not been made

  • All items that have been damaged during transit ( excluding packaging)

Please be aware that Stripe and PayPal which are the card methods accepted on the website, can take up to 10 days to refund any payments after the request has been activated. Bank transfer is much quicker.

Please note that all items that are purchased with a gift voucher are exempt from return unless damaged during transit.

 a. Refunds on items cancelled before posting 

When an order is withdrawn by you, we will refund the price that you have paid for the products minus administration costs that may have been incurred, such as charges made by a payment gateway. ( usually 2-3% ), If the courier has been arranged, the fee where applied will also be deducted from any refund.

b. Refunds for ready-made artworks that have been delivered

  • You may request to return your order by notifying us ASAP and within  14 days from the date that the item was delivered. The item should be returned to its original home address in Southampton, which will be shown in your delivery details.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that it has not been handled more than is necessary to determine its function or characteristics. and it must be returned in a resaleable condition.

  • I will contact you once the return request has been approved. Once the acceptance for the item to be returned has been made, you must return the item as soon as possible.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the postage/ delivery cost and the condition of the item/s during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you use suitable packaging and take photographs of the item before packing so that you have evidence and can claim against the delivery company if it is damaged in transit. or does not arrive

  • It is also a good idea that you choose a tracking service with compensation cover for the value of the item, with a tracked/recorded and signed for option, so that you can claim compensation from them if the item is not received or damaged during delivery.

  • Refunds will be made once the items are returned and within 14 days of using the same payment  method that you used when purchasing your item

    Out-of-pocket expenses, including charges made by the payment gateway and the initial postage cost, will be deducted from the refund figure. A refund total will be provided.

 Refund on items that have been damaged during transit before you have received it.

Please note that because of the nature of the product, we are unable to provide an exact replacement as each item is unique; however, we can create a new similar artwork or receive a refund/ or in the case ot items purchased with a gift voucher, a replacement gift voucher.

Refunds for items sent out from the U.K mainland if eligible for a return, any additional cost incurred associated with the return of an item to the U.K, for example VAT, customs charges, etc, will be deducted from the refund.

WORKSHOP REFUNDS

  • Refunds for workshops purchased from my website shop ( excluding gift voucher purchases) are allowed within 14 days of purchase, and if the workshop is not due to take place within the next 30 days.

    Should you request a refund, the payment gateway fee charge ( 2 - 3 % depending on the service ) will be deducted.

  • Cancellation request after the 14-day purchase and up to 30 days before the activity

    • You can request a transfer to another activity

    • or use it towards an item from my shop ( excluding gift vouchers )

    Please note that if you wish to change to an activity that is more expensive, you will need to pay the additional difference.

  • Workshops that are paid for using a gift voucher are exempt from refunds. You may transfer your place to a different course within 30 days of the activity being due to take place. Please note that if you wish to transfer to a more expensive course, any additional funds will need to be paid.

Please note that no refunds or transfers are given for periods less than 30 days before the activity is due to take place.
