Willow deer or stag sculpture ( made to order)

This  magestic roe stag would be a  lovely addition to your home and garden

The deer shown  here was created for Gilbert White House Museum and Gardens  and as you can see is much more detailed than the version made totally from willow. 

The sculpture will be made with a internal metal skeleton which is then hand woven with willow. you can have extended spikes to go into the ground or bars going between each hoof to fix it in to to the the ground . Other examples of previous deer can be found here I am happy to make the deer  in a different pose for example with its neck bending down to eat.

If you are purchasing this as a gift I am happy to provide you with details to give to your special person in advance of receiving it can be collected form my home in Southampton or a courier can be or you could arrange for a courier to collect it .

 I will send you details of how to look after him/her with regular aftercare treatments every 6 months it should last for 5 - 10 years .

If it it brought under cover / sheltered in harsh conditions in the winter it could last longer even longer  if it kept indoors under cover all of the time it will not need treating and will last for much longer.

Please note that  for large items such as this they're treated as bespoke item There is a non refundable deposit of 50% before  proceeding please note that I will need at least 1 months notice  to make the deer  depending on how busy I a, with the final amount being paid before collection  

The deer can be sent by courier which will need to be paid separately.
