Willow and Crafts – Workshop Refund Policy

General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the workshop is scheduled more than 30 days in the future.

Payment gateway fees (2–3%) may be deducted.

Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another workshop or use the value toward shop items (excluding gift vouchers).

Up to 30 Days Before the Workshop

You may:

• Transfer your booking to another workshop with available spaces (one time only).

• Use the value of your booking toward any shop item (excluding gift vouchers).

Important Notes:

• If the new workshop or item is more expensive, you must pay the difference.

• If the new workshop or item is less expensive, no cash refund will be given; the remaining value will be held as credit for use on other workshops or shop items.

Workshops Paid with Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once a workshop has been booked using a gift voucher, the above rules apply:

• You may transfer to another workshop (one time only) or

• Use the value toward a shop item (excluding gift vouchers).

• If the new workshop or item is more expensive, you must pay the difference.

• If the new workshop or item is less expensive, no cash refund will be given; the remaining value will be held as credit.

Less Than 30 Days Before the Workshop

• No refunds or transfers are available.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds via Stripe or PayPal may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

• Refunds via bank transfer are typically faster.

• Refund times are determined by the payment provider and are outside the control of Willow and Crafts.
