Create your own  willow fish

_{This activity is suitable for total beginners: Adults - and children aged aproximatly 8 years or over  (children may need assistance especially when using tools )} 

Sit back and relax and create your own willow fish in the comfort of your own home, Create them with or withouts sticks and use them to decorate plant pots,  or in the garden or if you prefer create a variety of different sizes to create your own fish mobile.   This is a lovely activity for families to make together.

Kit contents

•  All of the materials that you need  to create three willow fish which includes basketry grade willow.
• Fish eye beads and wire
• Written instuctions with step by step images.
• A link to a pre recorded video 

You will need to provide

• A large bucket or container to  soak the willow if you havent purchased a kit with a soaking baf
• A  large towel or sheet 
• A  pair of secateurs or wire cutters 
• Something short and spikey e,g a knitting needle or small ended screw driver or bradawl if you have one 

 The price for the kit is £27  I akso sell the same kit with a soaking bag included for £32

 Please note that the willow I have included still has its bark on so you will need to allow 4 -5ish days to prepare it in advance of making and a day to allow the wilow to mellow. Please note that it  may take longer to prepare if you soak the willow outside when it is still cold at night time.
