Small willow hare sculpture for sale ( created to order)

He /she will be created with a more open weave which allows you to personalise them by threading through lights, flowers or anything you choose, created as either a moongazing hare as shown in the photos or a more upright hare with head facing forward and ears erect. for examples of other hares created in this way visit my willow hares page 

 The size will be approximately  41 cm base height to top of head,  the ear length is  approximately 25 cm,  depending on whether it is down or up

 Unless I have stated that I have a hare in stock it will take me me approximately 2 - 3 weeks to create, depending on how busy I am. If you are interested in me creating new work that is not listed in my shop pages, please contact me for a quote.

Aftercare 

Hares that I have already created have usually been treated depending on how recently I have made them as the traditional treatment that I use takes a couple of weeks to dry. If you ask me to create a new hare it will need to be treated before it goes outside and should last  between  3  and 5   years if you follow my aftercare instructions which is included.

If it it brought under cover / sheltered in harsh conditions in the winter it could last longer, if it kept indoors under cover it will not need treating and will last for much longer
